What is Safe Space?

Safe Space is a Mental Health Campaign with a purpose to raise #MentalHealthAwareness.

Mental health is indeed a sensitive topic. Most people, when asked of their mental and emotional well-being, often avoid answering. This is what urged us to create a safe space to talk about our mental health. We would like you to know that Safe Space is always here for you whenever you feel down. We aim to educate the public about the stigmas on mental health to help the people who are suffering from mental illnesses.

Safe Space is a haven for all who seeks refuge. We provide helpful tips on managing mental illness and how to take care of your mental health. And if you are looking for a good read, we also have informative blogs for you to know more about the types of mental health issues and mental illness people experience. We want you to know that it’s ok to be wrong, it’s normal to be sad, and there is nothing wrong in imperfection. Come join our community and be a part of our Safe Space.
